For thirty‑five years, Avet Blau has been offering quality Catalan cuisine and a cosy guesthouse in the heart of Montseny. Located right on the paths leading to Turó de l’Home and Les Agudes, it is the perfect starting point for heading into nature and coming back to the table to enjoy the flavours of our land. Enjoy a hearty meal, a traditional fork breakfast or a peaceful stay in our rooms with views of the forest and the mountains.
In 1998, Rafel and Marta left the city behind to start a new life in Montseny, where they settled with their three daughters. Since 2012, the generational handover has become a reality, and today it is Raquel and Judit who keep this family adventure alive, with the same enthusiasm and dedication as their parents.
At Avet Blau, we cook with passion and respect for the seasonal products from our surroundings. We offer Catalan cuisine with a creative twist, generous and high‑quality, designed for sharing moments around the table. After a hike in Montseny or a stay at the guesthouse, let yourself be surprised by the flavours of our land.
Our rooms offer you the warmth of a family‑run accommodation surrounded by nature. At 1,125 metres above sea level, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the forest, a welcoming atmosphere and shared spaces with a fireplace and cosy corners to relax. An ideal starting point for discovering the trails, peaks and unique landscapes of Montseny Natural Park.
Avet Blau is located right on the trails that lead to Montseny’s most emblematic peaks, such as Turó de l’Home and Les Agudes. From the beech forest of Santa Fe to the passes and viewpoints of the Park, every season brings its own colours, scents and changing landscapes. Here, nature is something you feel with every step.
