At Avet Blau, every dish celebrates Montseny: locally sourced produce, traditional recipes and a creative touch that turns every bite into an experience. Generous, seasonal, heartfelt cooking, created to share special moments around the table.
At Avet Blau, we believe that the best cuisine is the one that follows nature’s cycle. That is why our menu changes according to seasonal produce: calçots, escudella, artichokes, peas stewed with butifarra… Each visit can surprise you with different, fresh, locally sourced flavours.
Even so, some of our most beloved dishes are always on the menu: escalivada, xató, cannelloni, farmhouse chicken with prunes, raisins and pine nuts; snails in sauce or au gratin, roast lamb shoulder, duck magret and grilled meats. In this way, we combine seasonal creativity and freshness with the classic flavours our guests love.
If you want to discover Montseny at a relaxed pace, having lunch during the week at Avet Blau is the perfect choice.
On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays the park is quieter, so you can go on your walks and take photos in peace, enjoying nature without rush or crowds.
At the restaurant, you can try our lunch set menu for only €20.50, with generous, high‑quality seasonal dishes in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. An ideal way to combine nature, gastronomy and rest in a single day.
Two dining rooms, a main one and a cosy one by the garden, welcome your meals with warmth and a personal touch. Our selected wines, mainly from Catalonia, pair perfectly with our cuisine, turning every meal into a memory to relive.
Enjoy a meal at Avet Blau restaurant by booking your table with ease. To guarantee you the best service, we will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the agreed time; after that, it may be released for other guests.
